The integrity of our Tea Moss Shop products is incredibly important to us! If you encounter an issue or concern with your product, we are more than happy to replace or provide you with a credit for your purchase. Please make sure that you follow our refrigeration/freezer guidelines to the ensure safe, fresh and effectiveness of our products. As a rule of thumb, Sea Moss gels, and drinks are perishable and do require refrigeration/freezer storage.
Please store our sea moss products in the back of your refrigerator or freezer to maintain consistent temperatures. Storing in the door will cause temperature fluctuation so we don't recommend keeping your Tea Moss Shop products in your refrigerator/freezer door.
Our Plain Gels can be stored in the back of the fridge for up to 3 weeks. 3 months in the freezer.
Fruit infusions, because they contain fresh fruit should not be kept longer than 1/5 to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. 3 months in the freezer
Sea Moss Infused Water and Drinks can be refrigerated up to 3 weeks, frozen for up to 6 months.
